In aggiunta alla posizione incantevole e allo splendido scenario, l'hotel ospita un rinomato ristorante, La Liégeoise, al quale probabilmente sarà riconosciuto una stella Michelin. Propone una cucina classica francese con una predilezione per i piatti a base di pesce e alcune specialità locali. La sala ristoro, in vecchio stile, si affaccia sul mare e può ospitare piccoli o grandi gruppi.

Il Bar de la Plage l'Aloze serve una varietà di drink, cocktail e aperitivi, tutti da gustare nelle comode poltrone del salotto.
